Harry Potter props up for auction on March 31

More than 550 items of original TV and movie memorabilia, worth more than $2 million, will be auctioned by Profiles in History, the number one company in the world for live and simultaneous internet memorabilia auctions, on Friday, March 31, 2006.

Included in the auction will be two props that were used in the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone movie. A wooden wand with dark-stained integral handle, measuring 13 1/2 in. long, originally donated to a UK-based charity auction by the production company, will be auctioned. Also up for auction will be one of the "Harry Potter, Cupboard Under The Stairs" envelopes that was originally acquired from a UK charity auction.

Collectors from around the world may bid in person either at Profiles in History's gallery located at 110 N. Doheny Drive in Beverly Hills, California; live on the Internet at www.ebayliveauctions.com; or by phone or fax. All items to be auctioned are available for review in a full-color catalogue obtainable through Profiles in History, or by visiting the company's website at www.profilesinhistory.com.
