Warner Home Video (WHV) announced today the launch of the online "Time-Turner(TM) Sweepstakes" in anticipation of the November 23 DVD and VHS release of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

As of November 8, Harry Potter fans can log on to www.harrypotter.com for chances to win dozens of daily prizes and three grand prizes, each consisting of a week-long trip to the United Kingdom for the winners and their guests. These grand prize winners will also have the opportunity to meet and pose questions to J.K. Rowling, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. This question and answer session will be considered for possible inclusion on a future Harry Potter DVD release! The sweepstakes winners will be announced in January 2005.

On that same day, Harry Potter fans in the U.S. can also start to collect online magical trading cards of their favorite movie characters and scenes and preview the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban DVD and more!

Entering the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

"Time-Turner(TM) Sweepstakes"

From November 8 through November 23, Harry Potter fans in the U.S., ages 7 to 17, can relive the magic of the third film by entering the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban "Time-Turner Sweepstakes(TM)."

By registering on the site and logging on each day, fans can enter for chances to win the grand prizes and dozens of daily prizes, such as collectible movie prop replicas from Noble Collections, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban video games from Electronic Arts, trading cards from Artbox Entertainment, construction sets from the Lego Company and more. In addition, fans will be randomly awarded cool downloads such as screensavers, computer desktop wallpapers and instant message icons.

By using a special online "Time-Turner(TM)," fans can "turn back time" to get additional chances to win prizes that were available on earlier days of the sweepstakes.

On the U.S. site, fans can download their very own "Time-Turner(TM)." Also, clicking on the icon can launch a "Time-Turner(TM)" that will tell fans how many sweepstakes entries and magical trading cards they have. In addition, the "Time-Turner(TM)" provides the following fun activities:

-- Video Puzzles: Place movie images in the correct order to unlock 8 different film clips.

-- Sound Clips: Listen to favorite lines from the movie.

-- Downloads: Download IM icons and desktop wallpapers.

-- Tell A Friend: IM or email your "Time-Turner(TM)" to friends.

Sharing Magical Trading Cards

Harry Potter fans can collect and trade 72 online magical trading cards of their favorite movie characters and scenes that move, react to each other, and hold dozens of fun secrets! All of these Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban cards can be used to complete a number of game boards.

For each game board completed, fans will be awarded special icons or medallions to attach to their screen name, and favorite movie clips will be unlocked and played. Once all game boards are completed, a personalized printable certificate will be presented. Online magical trading cards can be awarded by participating in the following activities:

-- Preview the DVD: Preview scenes from the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban DVD to receive additional magical trading cards.

-- Answer Movie Questions: Receive a card by correctly answering three movie questions. New questions will be launched each week.

-- Return to the Site: Three cards will be awarded each day a fan logs onto the website.
