During a signing session on Saturday at Elf Fantasy Fair 2004 in the Netherlands, Lord of the Rings star Andy Serkis got a phonecall from his pregnant wife that she had gone into labour. Andy immediately abandoned his lecture and headed for the airport post-haste. Andy now has a new son.

Craig Parker, who was also in Lord of the Rings, he played Haldir, took over Serkis' engagements at the Elf Fantasy Fair.

This is Andy's third child, he also has a daughter and another son. ©
