The Hobbit movie in trouble again

A very dark cloud now looms over production of The Hobbit. Apparently, the Tolkien estate is saying that New Line Cinema never paid them what they were due following the sale of the rights to the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy in 1969. New Line could lose the rights to "The Hobbit", which would effectively shut down the project.
