Final Deathly Hallows Debates: Unanswered Septology Questions

Like Hogwarts Castle itself, the Harry Potter books hold many mysteries, and have many hidden secrets. Hopefully, most of these mysteries will be answered in the final book. Is something funny going on at St. Mungos? What ever happened to Sirius' two-way mirrors? Where is Fawkes? There are so many others. What mystery are you most looking forward to being answered, and how do you think it will come out?

I suspect Dumbledore foresaw Voldemort using Harry's blood for his own resurrection at the end of book 4. He used the opportunity to secretly smuggle something in. Perhaps part of a spell or a potion. Throughout the books, potion-making play's a big role. I think that's why Dumbledore had a triumphant gleam in his eyes.
Thing is, if it's true, we'll have a new perspective on him. He hasn't told Harry everything he knew. He's ing to use Harry as some sort of weapen. He is a stonecold man, that do anything to stop evil.

while rereading ootp something really important caught my eye.i was just wondering does the "fountain of magical brethren" signify that witches, wizards, centaurs, goblins and elfs are going to fight together in the final battle against voldemort?

Why does everyone think that Snape has a thing for Lilly? The only time we know of them speaking he calls her a mudblood. what was really behind the door that could not be opened? I think that the OotP get a new secret keeper.

The main things that I'm wondering, take place in the Department of Mysteries.
1. Will Harry ever talk to Sirius again? How? Where? Will he Be able to talk to him through the 2 way mirrors or the veil?
2. Also, what is the significance of the door that Harry cannot unlock with his knife from Siruis? Is there a Horcrux behind it? Or a force that can be used against the Horcruxes?
3. Do the other 2 smashed prophecies have any importance?

other questions...
1. How the "phoenix rising joyfully out of the blue" take part in the last book? (even if dumbledore is ?)
2. What did Dudley see when the dementor attacked him?
3. What did Dumbledore experience when he drank the green potion in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Price?
3. What become of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry?
4. Will Felix Felecis come into play in the 7th book?
5. When Dumbledore said, "I only ever truely leave this school when none here are loyal to me" did he mean it literally?
6. Does Dumbledore have a Horcrux? (after all, he did the dark Wizard Grindelward...)

my suspitions...
1. I agree with Krissy that Kreacher accompanied Regulus to the cave. But, I think he was under the Imperius curse when he did.
2. I think that Lupin and Tonks end up together.
3. I highly doubt (if Dumbledore IS ) that he come back as a ghost. He always said that " is but the next great adventure" and also tthat "the unknown is the only thing to fear about ".

To HE_IS_NOT_DEAD_SIRIUS: Dumbledore was very weak because of the potion he had to drink in the cave. Also, he was almost in the floor, his back resting in the wall (wow, the AK of Snape blasted Dumbledore's body and made him fly into the air from that uncomfortable position! Instead of simply falling down, he flew up and finally dropped down the tower, it really seems like an expelliarmus or a desmaius)
What the hell happens to Umbridge? I was so disappointed in HBP, she receive no punishment! She tried a cruciatus curse against Harry!

I too have been thinking about Tom being a twin, maybe Voldemort's father, or was Voldy's grandfather also a Tom?

Another thought - In the first book when Harry looks in the mirror of Erised he saw 10 people, his family, meaning parents, grandparents, (that makes 6 unless of divorces and remarriages), who would be the other 4. He didn't recognize any as people he knew (so Dumbledore wasn't an ancestor) though he figured out his parents by similar appearances.

Kim from Randers, about the chcolate frog cards, i had the exact same idea a few days ago!
I mean, they have already helped Harry out once, and it was made pretty clear Dumbledore left all the clues out for him to find.
What else is he trying to tell us through that card?

It says at the end of the 6th book that as the fire went around dumbledore's body, harry might have seen the shape of a pheonix, in book 5, Firenze says that sometimes centaurs can see the future by seeing shapes in the fire. Could harry be a seer?

To Tara From Canada,

The spider tile in the Rubbish Bin page of J.K.Rowling's website does not stand for Ron's fear of spiders. It is placed there as part of a number sequence that you enter into the phone at the starting page. It stands for a number, as do the other tiles scattered throughout the Rubbish Bin page. For a list of the corresponding numbers, go to the the Links page on the same site and click on the book in the bookcase entitled ''Ancient Runes Revealed''. I think that your theory is a good idea, though. I wonder if Hagrid be allowed to continue his magical education, since he has been revealed as innocent of opening the Chamber of Secrets. It would be great if Fluffy, Grawp, the acromantulas, and Norbert banded together to fight the Eaters.
